Call ahead or order online. Service is usually good. Food is as expected. No odd ingredients you don't expect on your food. Cakes are always good. I did have a disappointing cobbler once.
Always good food, chicken, shrimp and fish combo is the way to go! Try the banana pudding it is delicious!

I'm from Long Beach, and I must say this is the BEST fish I've ever had! We don't have a place that comes close to this in the LA/LB area. Hole in the walls have some of the best food, and this one proves it! The cat fish and shrimp is AMAZING!!! When I'm back in Oakland, I'll definitely be back!
